Hi,

my name is Michal and since I was 8 months old I suffered from eczema and later in life with gut inflammatory conditions. In 2019 I was diagnosed with SIBO and IBS and while I was not happy with the diagnosis, at least I had an answer why I had these problems.

But I didn’t want to just accept these conditions as my “normal” and I started looking for a solution. Soon I learned about bacterial therapy or FMT. It made perfect sense so I decided to give it a try. I developed a detailed protocol, found a donor, wiped my old microbiome and implanted a new microbiome from that healthy donor into my body.

And miracles started happening. Taste in my mouth improved, my digestion improved, I could eat gluten and lactose, my mood and energy improved, I used to have cold hands often and even that improved. That experience changed everything because it completely convinced me that our health is in our gut and that we have control over it.

The gut microbiome is literally a society of different bacteria, viruses, fungi and other microorganisms that are living in our gut. We acquired them during our lives from food, environment and other people and those microorganisms colonized our body, especially inside our digestive tract and our large colon. It provides perfect conditions for bacteria to live in.

It turns out that this microbiota living inside our gut is controlling a lot in our body. It controls our immunity, energy, mood, weight, what we want to eat and when, it literally controls our physical and mental health.

There are scientific studies linking gut microbiome to various chronic autoimmune diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity, arthritis, ecsema, asthma, IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Diseases), cancer or even depression and other chronic and autoimmune diseases. Where people with these conditions have different composition of their gut microbiome than healthy people.

Here on MyNewMicrobiome.com you will learn how that happens, what’s going on in our body when our microbiome is healthy and when it is in dysbiosis (not healthy), how it’s composition impact our health and even more importantly how you can modify or change your microbiome and heal your body from inflammation, autoimmune diseases or prevent them.

Enjoy!
